1) How much does is cost to buy WoW items ?
     The cost depends on how valuable the items are that you wish to acquire. We will give you a price for your requested items that incorporates current market rates for gold. No need to buy gold to get that item you need - just get the item you want directly from us!

2) What kind of items can I get with Loot Fetch ? Can I get Bind on Pickup items ?
    Sadly we cannot get any items that are Bind on Pickup. That type of item requires you to actually loot the mobs yourself, such as in a instance raid. We can however get almost any Bind on Equip item in the game. That being said - we can get almost any tradable item in the game.

3) How do I pay you ?
    We accept Paypal, credit cards, and checks for payment on all items. We use paypal processing to accept all major credit cards and even bank account ACH to process check transactions.

4) How can I trust you to deliver my order after I send you money ?
    We have been selling items and currency for Ultima Online for many years. World of Warcraft is now our only focus. We have built up an incredible reputation on Ebay and also with Paypal. Please visit our ebay profile if you like (although we no longer use Ebay to sell our goods since we can just do so from our site). Also, all of our Paypal accounts are United States Business Verified accounts. So you can rest assured that your funds will be handled professionally and you will be treated with respect. 5) How long does it take to get WoW items ?
    To complete your order it can take 12-48 hours to several days or longer depending upon the rarity of the items, population of your server, and demand level of your items. If they are crafted or farmed they will usually be sent in that time. It's very dependent on the items you order and the server you are on. If at any time you want to exchange for a different item you may do so. We will look for your items day and night until we find them. Please note some very rare items can take weeks such as 1/10,000 drop rate items and what not. Just note that we are very serious about making sure you are happy and in the event that you out level your item before delivery we can always armory you and get you something better that is equal or higher value for the trouble or we will refund you. If you have ordered a lot of items on the same server or a lot of mats in a profession pack it may add to the time to acquire them all. That being said we will go as fast as we can and we will always work with you on changes.

6) What if I want to cancel an item order ?
    All items can be cancelled and refunded at anytime with only two exceptions. 1) Once you get all your items and the service is complete it cannot be returned or refunded unless we state otherwise to you directly in e-mail. We are providing a service to you (not shipping physical goods) so once that service is completed there are no refunds. 2) If you need a refund for an order let us know and we will refund you however we need 24 hours notice on all crafted (anything made by a crafter or anything made from more than one item) items so we can have at least one day to finish them as we may already have all the mats gathered which costs us time and funds. If we cannot finish a crafted item for you in that 24 hour period we will refund you after the 24 hour window is up. The funds of the cancelled items will be returned to your Paypal account within 24-48 hours or credit card through paypal which usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your bank and paypal (our merchant processor). If you paid by credit card without logging in to a paypal account then the later will be your refund time frame.

7) So I can get complex craftable items ?
    Yes. We can take customer orders for complex craftable World of Warcraft items that require lots of materials that may not be found very often in the Auction House. If for any reason we cannot complete the order or find a crafter we will refund you in full your payment or we can get you a different item as well. As stated before we do need 24 hours cancellation notice on these items so we can have at least one day to finish them as we may already have all the mats gathered which costs us time and funds.

8) How will the items be delivered to me ?
    They will be sent through the in-game mail system and you will be e-mailed when the order is complete. If you need updates about the order please e-mail us anytime and will be happy to update you otherwise the only time we will mail you about the order is once it is fully sent. All e-mails sent to us are responded to usually within 24 hours (as with most internet companies). Once we get the order we start on it right away and we will send you a confirmation that we have your order and we are working on it within 24 hours of it being placed.
